The fitness room at Tennis West is fully equipped with Hoist equipment, free weights and aerobic conditioning equipment. Our personal trainers can provide you proper training technique, a personal exercise program, individual and group strength training, rehabilitation and stress relief, nutritional counseling and body composition testing. If your aim is to get in shape, improve your overall health, become lean or gain strength and balance your life, Tennis West is the gym for you!
